How to Download your MP3 to computer:
Please
right click on the MP3 link and select ‘save target as’ if using
internet explorer (or 'copy link location' if using Firefox or 'save
link as' in Google Chrome) to download to your PC.
If you are using a Mac press the 'ctrl' key and then press click.

To download to an Apple device, you can either:
i)
Download to a device such as a desktop or laptop computer first, add
the MP3 file to your iTunes folder and then load to your Apple device
ii)
Use an Apple app such as 'MP3 Music Downloader Free' that will allow
you to download MP3s to your Apple device without using iTunes

your device. An alternative is to use the you tube video we
have
provided on your download page. You can also download from
You
Tube( type into any search engine ("How to download from You
Tube" ). Unfortunately due to the proliferation of devices, operating
systems and browsers we can no longer advise on specific
situations.
Are
there any use limits?
No - there is no harm using a number of programs, or the same program,
more than once in the same day.
The
downloads all sound the same:
You are hearing the carrier wave only. The binaural/isochronic beat is
inaudible but will be changing your brainwave patterns.
The bit
rate/sound quality seems low.
This
product range is not available at a higher bit rate - the important
factor is the binaural effect which is not altered by the low bitrate.
I have
downloaded successfully but cannot hear anything:
You
should be hearing a humming sound with a background of surf. You will
not hear music or voices. The sound through your headphones should be
of sufficient volume to block out any outside noise.If you do not have
sufficient volume (or no volume at all) double click on your volume
icon and adjust your master volume and wave volume. Make sure that mute
all is not ticked.Most media players will work but we recommend using
Windows Media Player or equivalent.
The
download link is not working or stops part way through:
Please
try again at another time. All of the downloads are checked daily - and
they are all working and active. There may be outages from time to time
but these will be temporary. Some of the download files are quite
large; if you do not have broadband access you may sometimes have
trouble downloading. There is nothing we can do to resolve this and
recommend you use the you tube version until you have sufficient
broadband capacity to download properly. Make sure you are following
the correct download instruction for your browser and device.
